Could accidental caloric deficit be responsible for lower T levels?
I'm curious as I feel I have read this somewhere before. After researching how to gain a better physique as a tall and naturally slender guy who works out a descent amount, I discovered I probably haven't been eating enough (despite thinking I ate a lot).
I'm aiming to start eating more as of this month mostly for muscle growth. But I'll be interested to see if this effects my T levels.
Any insights?
