Pap smears during pregnancy/abnormal cells

Another post in another subreddit motivated me to ask here.

In the beginning of my pregnancy, I had a pap smear done which came out as a positive result for abnormal cells. My OB told me they will test any further during the pregnancy and there is nothing to worry about. But... Is it something that should be tested further? She has made me thought about finding another OB due to her giving no extra information about anything unless I barrage her with questions and I am not feeling confident in her. So now I was reminded about the positive test results and I started wondering further.
