What is the Holy Grail of VHS collecting (NOT SEALED)?

So comic book collectors have Action Comics #1, card collectors have Honus Wagner T206. What is the pinnacle of VHS tapes? I am not factoring in sealed and all that craziness. I just mean raw tape in a sleeve/case. I've been considering it to be the original Meda release of Halloween but am curious to hear other folks opinion.
