Studying CS with adhd. How can I hot get fucked over?

I feel like math and CS are extra hard for people with adhd and the like. I cannot focus concentrate, and I if I make tiny silly mistakes it is impossible for me to self debug and find the “mistake”. I also procrastinate on everything and am failing my course basically. I can’t start on big multipart questions or large difficult questions in general because I get immediately distracted by something else, always. If I don’t know how to do it I get very VERY frustrated and refuse to move on before i solve it (which I can’t).

Does anyone know how to become “normal” and approach CS study form a normal persons point of view? I want to be on medication asap. Can people share their experiences in this regard? How can I make CS work with adhd?
