Set of primogs minion (2023)

Apparently this is still obtainable to this day? I’ve asked some friends from NA who had it and confirmed it, but does anyone from EU know if the codes worked for them aswell because some claimed they don’t work in EU? If anyone can shed some light on this it would be highly highly appreciated, there’s so much different rumours and info about this minion’s obtainability it just doesn’t feel safe taking the chance.
