Message received?

I don't know how to word this because it sounds strange.

I always ask the universe questions or anyone that listens, always asking why things happen, why people are the way they are, if family who are no longer with us at peace or reincarnated of they can come visit etc.

Anyway, I have been on a diet, not to lose weight as I don't need to but to be more healthy, as I got fitbit a year ago and realised I wasn't as healthy as I thought I was. I have been doing great on it and feel alot healthier. I recieved a bar of chocolate for Christmas and decided to make chocolate covered blueberries as a treat.

As I was mid way making it a picture fell off the wall, now the picture is in a arch in the kitchen no draft not near a door and been there 8 years. The hook was solid (it had 2 one at the top one and the bottom to secure it from any falls)

Its a picture a family member sent with a hand carved wooden spoon in it (its beautiful) I just stared at it. It didn't fall off how you would expect it to the glass inside was completely smashed.

I tested the hooked both solid, I will say the bottom one is a very large hook that secures it to the wall. Even my partner is baffled oh how this has happened.

I have a "gut feeling" this was a message, but like I said I constantly ask questions or just talk in my mind to anyone that is out there. So am curious to what this is.

The last time I ingored a feeling like this which I had for months I lost my cat suddenly who was only 3 years old and he was my best friend. So am curious if am getting another warning? Or am I reading to much into it? Any advice appreciated
