So I have developed a sensitive tooth very recently and I need help

So I am a 17-year-old boy with no habit of vaping and I did not have a sensitive tooth before today, but now, it even hurts a bit while inhaling some chilled air...I don't know the reason or the cause for any of it and I am quite concerned about it and I also have tartar in that region...I would really appreciate the advice of professionals...Any advice is appreciated!
