Girl I know seems lonely and severely depressed and I've been thinking about texting her for a while now

We're not really friends. We've met online and used to play games together a couple years ago and very rarely ever text or talk to each other.

The thing is, we follow each other on social media and the stuff I see her liking on my feed and the stuff she sometimes posts and comments is just worrying to say the least. 50% of the stuff she likes is about being lonely and depressed and the other 50% is from the same genre.

I don't know if I should be reaching out or not. I don't know if some random dude she barely ever has contact to should be asking her if she's fine and to be honest, I don't want her to think I'm trying to use this as an opportunity to hit on her.

Her entire behaviour hits fucking home. I did the same exact thing a couple years ago, hoping someone would notice and reach out and it never happened. Do I write her or no?
