doing nothing all the time

Questions/Advice/Support

i have a physical disability that makes me unable to work and unfortunately i flunked out of college due to lack of motivation to study.

so, i am currently on disability not that its important, i just wanna give some context.

so i am home all the time, i used to love playing video games, watching hockey, movies and tv shows, but now i find myself being unable to enjoy those things and this is the important part, all i do is sit down on my couch scroll through my phone and have youtube on in the background. This has been an ongoing thing for over a year now. So yesterday i was talking to a primary healthcare doctor, i had written something out beforehand and she told me i likely have adult adhd (i dont see how thats different from just adhd) but she was unable to prescribe stimulants.

well today i got prescribed concerta, i havent picked up the prescription yet so idk the dosage or strength)

anyways, idk why i typed that all out, but i did, so live with it ;)

anyways my question is, before you got prescribed medication, did you do nothing all the time?
