Interview Request NOT Confirmed: What’s your opinion please?

On December 22, 2022, I got an email informing me to confirm if I will be available for an admission interview by March, 2023 by sending a reply to their email after which their department administrator will contact me with more information.

I replied the email after about 7 hours later of the same day but until today, I am yet to hear from them or the department administrator.

What should I do? I understand that the holiday may have influenced their decision or reply but today is January 5th. Am I being too impatient due to the whole graduate school application phobias?
