Astro A50 not working! Not charging, no lights, nothing.

Hey guys, i need your advice.

My astro A50 doesnt work anymore. Yesterday, everything was finde and i was able to use it, today, it wont even turn on. I tried the hard reset, tried every method i found, but it just wont turn on. There are no lights on the headset when i turn it on - so i charged it manually, but still it wont work. I reinstalled the software 100 times. The base station doesnt show at least 1 of the 4 loading indicators and when i put the headset on the station, the white flash symbol flickers. Please help me! Is it completely broken or am i missing a step? I wasnt able to find a working solution as the hard reset method doesnt work. Thanks!
