Performance Problem

Hello!

I have a pretty good PC, but this game gives me a lot of issues, like over 90°C temperature, 99% GPU, and poor FPS. All this on the lowest possible setting. My PC has an I7-10750H, GTX 1660 TI and 16 GB of RAM. It has the minimum specifications, I don't know if it's normal to get these results but I can't play like this. If anyone can help me, I will be very grateful.
