Gigabyte Aorus RTX 2070 super thermal pad thickness

Hey,

I built a pc with an Aorus rtx 2070 super a while ago and noticed that my temps are rather high (around 85 C) compared to when i first got the card. Thats why i want to replace the thermal paste and pads, but i need to figure out which thinkness to buy first. I have searched the internet but couldn't find any good source, so im wondering if anyone here knows the answer to my question?
