Arcane realms - confused

Hi,

It says in the quest notes that on level 5 of each realm I need to kill the arcane being and - I’m guessing - receive the item for the slot in the box.

I have now killed 3 arcane beings on Levels 5, 10, and 15 in the Earth Realm and still nothing.

Am I missing something?

Thanks!
