Thinking about moving onto an MPH in Policy and Administration

CAREER DEVELOPMENT

I finished my BS in Healthcare Management back in August. I'm currently working as an AmeriCorps Public Health Corps Project Coordinator. Something I see a lot of when job hunting is jobs wither want someone to have an MPH or almost a decade of experience. I can't find anything entry level that doesn't pay less than I made before going to school. So, that being said, is it worth going into an MPH in Policy and Administration or should I try to find something that pays and try to gain some experience first? Thanks in advance!
