Will the Giants turn Sean Manaea around?

Looking at his last season, definitely the worst of his career. His HR/9 should go down being in a pitchers stadium. Throwing a sinker & changeup primarily (same as Logan Webb), I hope they do the seam-shifted wake approach. Not saying he'll be a Cy-Young candidate, but I'm thinking he's a value. Thoughts on him?
