Steam controller in docked mode ( JSAUX dock) not pairing with dongle?

Hello!

Has anyone connected their steam controller using the JSAUX dock and steam controller dongle?

I've read that you can wake the steam deck with the steam controller but that seems to jot work with Bluetooth and only the dongle mode.

When I plug in my dongle nothing happens, and I've made sure the USB ports work on my dock (it's great so far so I don't think it's a dock issue)

So...

A. Has anyone had luck connecting their steam controller using the jsaux dock and steam controller dongle?

B. If yes what steps did you follow to connect it?

C. Can you wake the steam deck from sleep while docked with the steam controller?

Thanks in advance!
