Quick Question on File Synch to NAS

The other day I accidentally deleted a 40 GB folder of videos. No amount of recovery attempts were able to save them. So I ordered a Qnap NAS and a 10 TB Hard Drive to act as a backup for some of my external hard drives and docs. I also wanted a live synch between my PC and my NAS so that if I accidentally deleted a folder or file that QNap would have a backup of it.

Something like synch one way with no deletions on the NAS for 30 days and it's automatic in the same way OneDrive or Google Drive are. Is this basically what Qsync does or does anyone have any other recommendations?
