High end build for the coming 5-7 years (EU, 3500-4000€ range)

Hi all,

Need some help for my build. I am planning to use it for 5-7 years and hope to not have to upgrade too much as time goes by.

You can ignore any pricing of the windows11 Pro. I already have it.

Things I need it for:

  • AI
  • Analytics
  • GameDev (Unity and Blender)
  • DBA
    • 3 SQL Server instances always running
    • 1 MySQL server instance always running
    • Some other databases but they are only active when needed
  • And I also have some self made programs that I would like to keep running which might be heavy. Assume that when the PC is on it also acts as a (web)server
• Gaming
  • 1080p-1440p (Currently only have a 1080p monitor but might get a 1440p later)
  • Genres:
    • MMO
    • MOBA
    • FPS
    • RTS
• Streaming
  • Might do some streaming/content creation (never done this so don't really know)
• General work stuff:
  • Office
  • Outlook (Always running)
  • IDE for programming, DBA stuff (max 4-5 projects open at the same time; differs by "goal")
  • Chrome (Always running, tabs count from 30-150)
