Bolt Built Several Months Back, Still Not Sent to Dealer

I have money down on a Bolt EUV which was built back in early November but has not yet been sent to the dealer. Dealer showed me their inventory status page and it just shows that it has moved between 3 locations around Michigan (where it was built), but they can't say why it is still sitting there, they just speculated something to do with waiting for a part or micro chip.

It's an LT with all the optional packages, don't know what it could be waiting on for this long with all the other Bolts still moving happily through production and shipping. Any ideas redditors?
