Active Trader Services Team has an *International* Telephone Number?

In Fidelity Customer Service, I was seeking information about joining Fidelity's Private Online Investor Community. The Customer Service info says:

"Fidelity's Private Online Investor Community is available for members of Active Trader Services, Active Trader VIP, or by invitation. If you have questions about membership, contact our Active Trader Services team at (807) 907-4429, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET (except for holidays)."

Here is a screenshot.

When I dial the Active Trader Services team number shown above, my phone service says that the number is an international number.

I think the area code should be corrected to 877?
