Old mirrorless camera or new iPhone?

I have an old Sony a3000, a mirrorless camera and I am so unknowing about photography that I don’t even know what specs to tell you it has, there are too many numbers on this Wikipedia page and I’m not sure which ones are important. With all the advancement in phone cameras since it came out 10 years ago, would a new iPhone camera be comparable at this point? I am trying to decide if I should sell my camera as I don’t use it often, but I do still like the pictures it takes and would like to have access to something comparable.
