[DC] Has there been a major superhero that became a supervillain, but remained a supervillain ?

Superheroes becoming Supervillains are very common ranging from many things, but they inevitably go to the status quo after the story.

PS: You can’t include else-world stories because they are specifically designed to change, and you can’t include formerly good civilians like Harvey.

They would have had to start as superheroes.
