Looking to buy land for a small agriculture project

Hi all, my fiance and I farm worms atm, but we'd love to acquire land where we can build a shed and move our worm operation to it, along with planting a big garden. Do any other people have experience with buying land for similar reasons?

I'm in New Hampshire and I keep finding plots for sale, however, we don't have enough money to buy a nice plot outright, and we are also unsure how land loans work.

Apologies for my ignorance and thank you for your help!
