Silly, fun and (surprisingly) decent jank decks < 100 dollars

What janky decks have you built on a budget that actually worked surprisingly well? I'm talking decks with a funny theme (I'm looking at you Ladies Looking Left Tribal), silly tribes or anything else that honors the term jank. And most importantly: that you found a blast to play.

Ideally no combo's/infinites, or decks revolving around a single few of cards as sole wincon. So winning through combat/ping/burn damage, but in an interesting way.
