92 washout imminent?

Driving westbound on it yesterday CHP had a car posted up right after the reservoir and that first right turn after the pullout looked like the hill had completely washed away under the pavement. The concrete was holding and CHP was still letting traffic through but there’s cones and sandbags deployed. Anyone else see that? I’m afraid it might washout today / tomorrow with this storm, like what happened to sections of 9. HMB is going to be a bit difficult to access if that happens since 17, 9, etc also will likely have mudslides and trees blocking. Does anyone have more info from caltrans / CHP on the likelihood / condition?
