M25 suspect of early glaucoma

Background: A bit obese (93 kg), smoker, 180 cm in height. I got diagnosed with glaucoma by accident - I wanted new glasses for work (software developer) and ended up with discovered glaucoma.

I had several tests:

1. My IOP was within the normal range, taking into account corneal thickness, but it was like 1-2 before the top limit (20-21 for both eyes),
2. Ran a field vision test LEFT: Stage 2L (0% loss), right: Stage 2M (8% loss),
3. OCT which has shown some nerve loss (Disc report OU w/ Topography, Anterior Radil report OU)
4. Doctor ordered me to do a lot of blood tests + Doppler of the carotid arteries (like the whole neck, sorry - google translated) - but nothing has shown up

The final output of this was - glaucoma of normal eye pressure.

So far, I have had PSLT treatment, which lowered IOP to 13-15 (left & right eye, tested after five days) - so far a lot of positive effects; I don't have to use my cellphone with 100% brightness, everything looks like it has more light in it.

The doctor told me that my field vision could restore after some time due to this PSLT and after taking a few vitamins/eyedrops such as:

- Vitroft 1x1,
- Lutamax DUO 20mg 1x1,
- Citoglavis omk1 1x1

So far, it looks promising. I hope to update you in a few months. I'm worried only about one thing right now - I see halos/starbursts around white lights at night (maybe it's because of my astigmatism, but I can't ask the doctor as he is on holiday).
