Would you hang out with a cute SD your age for a lower PPM?

I had a meet and greet with a POT. Still working on getting those financial talks down before meeting in person, but so far I've been meeting people and discussing it at the M&G. I've been enjoying the free meals out, so it doesn't feel like a total waste of time to me. I met up with someone last night who is my age, pretty cute and we seem to have good chemistry. I'm trying not to go below 600 ppm (in portland or), but he offered 400. If he's telling the truth, he's only working part time and in school, nothing to really indicate a lot of money, but he promised he wouldn't be offering if it was too much of a financial burden. That being said, he's someone I would probably vanilla date if I was still doing that, and until I have some better SDs lined up, I feel like I wouldn't mind hanging out with him and being intimate for that much. Have any of y'all experienced a similar situation before? I'm a little stuck on the fact that he could prob vanilla date just fine, but maybe he gets off on the money exchange? Could something more sinister be lurking there and my guard is down bc he's young and attractive (not very tall, but that is no issue for me, I like the short kings)?
