Best class for someone new?

I want a class that can do multiple roles.

I also want a class that is relatively easy to play. I'm not used to playing mmo's on keyboard so I want a class that is relatively lax on keybinds that are required to be used all the time.

Honestly i'm kinda interested in druid mainly due to fact they get to enjoy all facets of the game, but i'm also wondering how difficult they are to play?

other classes I might be interested in are paladin and possibly even shaman.

I would maybe try monk if it fits what I want to a T better, but TBH the class fantasy of monk doesn't really do much for me.
