Won't set up game on Desktop

I downloaded a game from the deep blue web, I mounted the Iso like usual and went to set it up however when the menu comes up it won't let me click on download or anything, tried with mouse as well and nothing. The mouse still works normally except on the set up window. Is there a fix or bypass for this? (I have done this multiple times without issues, this is the first time I run into this particular problem)
