BMW x1 vs Mercedes GLC coupe

I'm struggling between the 2022 X1 and the 2023 GLC coupe.

I like the form of the coupe, preferred car would be BMW X4, but there is no Hybrid if that car yet.

The X1 has the better interior, the Mercedes interior isn't really our taste.

But the Mercedes OS looks good, the BMW OS looks a bit meh with all the little blue icons.

The GLC is really nice to drive and the assistant systems are great. Couldn't test the BMW yet.

And of course the BMW is a lot cheaper, 600€/month vs 800€/month. Fuel and service is paid by the company.

What are your advices? Comfort and safety are more important than sporty driving.
