Expressvpn and seeding issue

I am having trouble seeding anything with expressvpn and qbittorrent on Windows platform. Peers are connecting but no data is flowing. Downloads work just fine.

Is this to be expected with Expressvpn or what am I missing here?

I've tried connecting the expressvpn client to different protocols with no luck, windows firewall is off. Upnp is off.
