Idk what skill should I put next

I have a JPANTHER II and I just got my commander to lvl 5 the skills I put on him are Deadeye, Iron Mace, Camouflage Expertise and Quick Learner but for the fifth skill idk what to put. I’ve been thinking either Situational Awareness or Green Thumb but I can’t decide which is better and if anyone has a better ideea please lmk. Thanks
