Thinking about getting penuma I’m early 30s 6.5 erect and about 4” girth but flaccid it’s small and also I have a thicker body Frame and it looks small between my legs girth wise. Thinking about going to dr taj for the penuma scarless would I be able to get the XL or XXL?
