cleaning products?

I live alone with 3 dogs (one being a foster puppy) and a cat. I clean pretty often but the foster puppy and my bigger dog make my house smell. Especially the bathroom where my foster dog is crated (we're working on potty training and i mop his crate when hes outside) but I can't get the smell out. I use vinegar solution for mopping and disinfectant. Sometimes just swiffer the floors on good days. I'm also looking into getting a carpet shampooer.
