Yuumi nerf idea.

The idea is simple. Yuumi gets reduced/no exp when attached to someone. In teamfights this does almost nothing to the cat but it gives the option to the opposing bot lane to punish the adc and yuumi especially yuumi since she has horrible armor mr and hp. Just some food for thought.
