Light screen flicker on HP EliteBook 840 G5 with Ubuntu 22.10, right after update

As the title say, i updated my laptop to Ubuntu 22.10 earlier today and the screen started lightly flickering near the borders in some specific situations. The flickering is not that bad (for now) and seems to exist only during the boot up sequence and for a shot while (5-10 minutes) after the boot up.
