How to Upgrade Pyromancy After Laurentius Is Gone

My Pyromancy is at +3 and the NPC upgrading it in Firelink is gone. I accidentally killed the guy selling it behind the invisible wall in Queen Queelags domain and can't find the other NPC in blighttown because my flame isn't at +10.

Help lol
