Are a pair of Polk Monitor 40 series ii worth $75?

Sorry if this is a dumb question but I’m pretty new to all this. They would become RL speakers in a secondary set up used just for music (replacing a pair of polk T15s, which would become surrounds for my main home theater set up). The center speaker they would pair with is a cs1 series II. I’d also have to drive an hour one-way to get them, but would be worth it if a good enough deal.
