PC upgrades, need input

G’day, currently upgrading my PC and I’m looking at an i9 (currently have 9th gen i7) I’ve read a bit about the new 13th gen i9’s being a bit of a bugger to keep cool. So my question is should I get a 13th gen i9 with an AIO (NZXT) or maybe an 11th or 12th gen i9 and what’s the pros/cons. Cheers.
