I am living proof that you can easily eat too many calories consistently in a 5 hour window.
So you need to make sure you are eating at a calorie deficit to ensure weight loss
This. I did IF a few years back and only ate in my window. But I ate at least my normal calories or a bit more. Still lost some weight but nothing like you see from people who go into deficit and stay there.
When you’ve cumulative eaten 3500 calories less than your body’s TDEE repeatedly and consistently.
I’m limiting myself to 350 calories at lunch and then eating about 800 calories for dinner. I’m riding my bike each night for 30 minutes. My stomach feels like it holds way less already. Like, I get full so quickly. I can’t eat more than two slices of pizza without feeling like I’m bursting.
Well that depends. Are you exercising? What are you eating in your feeding window? How much do you weigh? How much do you want to lose?
