At what point should I go back to urgent care/doctor?

Question/ Request for advice

I currently have a kidney stone of unknown size that sent me to urgent care for severe pain and vomiting back in late November. They gave me pain/nausea meds and I felt a LOT better. They also gave me a referral to urology, but I wasn’t able to follow up on that because I left the state (college) and my home insurance won’t accept that referral. It’s been 44 days since that incident, and I still haven’t passed the stone - I get occasional right side pain and within the last two weeks urinary symptoms (feel like I need to pee all. the. time. and cramping). My doctor doesn’t have an open appt until March. I’m wondering if I should keep drinking water (which, to be fair, I could be doing better about) or if I should go to urgent care and see what they can do/recommend. I know some people also take AZO for the urinary symptoms, and I’m considering just getting some of that, too.
