Basement Asbestos Abatement - bite the bullet or do I have another option?

We recently had quite a bit of water come through our partially finished basement ceiling soaking the drywall ceiling and rug that was covering the floor. During the excitement of figuring out where the water was coming from (turned out to be snowmelt - but my first assumption was an old galvanized pipe that I knew was above the leak) I tore out a few square feet of the ceiling. As I was removing the soaked rug I found that quite a few of the 9x9 floor tiles it was covering were not well adhered to the floor and came up with it.

Our ceiling is an ugly corrugated tile stapled to drywall. I went ahead and had everything tested and confirmed the 9x9 floor tiles contain asbestos, as does the joint compound in the ceiling (2%) - but not the drywall or ceiling tiles.

The quotes I got back from abatement contractors to tear out all the ceiling and floor tile came back higher than I was anticipating.

Do I have any options short of a full tear out of that room I could do to get it back to livable condition? I could just pull out the relatively small part of the ceiling that's water damaged and patch it, but I don't see a way to match the ceiling tile in the rest of the room. My floor is now missing ~5% of the floor tiles that were damaged when I was removing the rug. WWYD?
