Help please!

I got the game for Christmas and I’ve already racked up 70 hours with a completed pokedex. I’ve never taken vgc seriously but I want to start but I have no idea how to make a good team.

The Pokémon I really like are mimiku and garganacl and I find trick room teams cool.

I would really appreciate it if anyone could help me make a team I can even trade some version exclusives or something else as payment.
