moving back to the states

hi! i’m currently an efm pcs’ing back home to the states, we’ve been gone for over 2 years. i have high anxiety about going back and just looking to see if anybody has any ideas on how to help with the reverse cultural shock? how was it for you going back without your loved ones? how stressful was the hhe packing/unpacking? my partner’s next post is somewhere i cannot go, so just super stressed out about how this is going to be. any tips welcome!
