Getting a graphics card through another brand.

I'm not very knowledgeable about this stuff, but I'm guessing that getting a graphics card through brands like EVGA or gigabyte is better because they get better cooling compared to just buying it through Nvidia? Or is there more to this that I'm not aware about? Don't really know where to look for an answer so if anyone can clear this up for me I'd appreciate it. Also I'm trying to get a 3090 ti off Amazon and price isn't exactly an issue for me if you're wondering.
