Mrs. Drake/rep

Hi, I'm trying to gain rep for G.E.D. and every time I go see Mrs. Drake she just has that golden heart above her head. I don't have the outfit she gave me anymore, does this make me not able to speak to the G.E.D. bosses around Jarlaheim? Thank you!
