Feeling frustrated with dropshippers

seeing so many ridiculously overpriced items in multiple sizes that are clearly dropshipped and i have a hunch that the accounts are all run by the same person as well? the titles of their accounts are always “Unique [Clothing/Fashion/Belts/Style]” and their profile photo is always a closet. Their bios and descriptions are all formatted similarly. Some of these accounts have hundreds of positive reviews and are verified 🤦‍♀️ It totally sours the browsing experience for me because they post so frequently. I wish Depop would nerf them
