Samsung S21 black screen but vibrates and reacts on touch

I have my phone for one year and recently i get black screens. Today my phone fell of the table and now I can't get my screen back. It shows logo for very short time and then it's all black but it turns on. What is the problem? Display, battery? Any fixes on internet doesn't fix my problem.
