is there a political theory that suits this description?

  • for safety net for the least fortunate members of society
  • secular, no supernatural source for the political
  • for same sex marriage, adoption of children by married same sex couples BUT
  • somehow conservative i.e recognizing people thrive by being part of a larger group, need their rituals, family is a optimal structure for young people to grow up in, skeptical of hardcore sex-positivity and hookup culture and such.

Is there a ideology / movement that would describe this stance?

Thanks.
